Fantastic to see Odyssey House Victoria’s new facility, a 35 bed expansion to their Circuit Breaker program is almost at completion thanks to the hard work of Modscape and the project team.

The expansion of the Circuit Breaker means that much needed support can be provided to regional VIC with a live-in rehabilitation program for people affected by alcohol and other drug addiction. The new building and program seek to provide a more domestic and comfortable environment for residents and takes advantage of the wide and falling site, offering views to the scenic surrounds from each of the male and female accommodation rooms and communal spaces. Final decking and landscaping will provide multiple areas for resident activities and therapeutic retreat.

Modular design and construction were critical to enable the scale and delivery of this facility for a regional area, whilst also allowing for a reduced time and impact on site, ensuring the existing program could be maintained throughout.
