Woonona ILU Development

Team2 were invited to develop the concept design of this 94 ILU development in the Illawarra region in collaboration with GW Architects. The foundation of the design direction was based on human scale spaces, with a selection of natural materials such as blond brickwork, stone, and timber that will develop a rich patina over time.

A highly considered ground plane and intuitive and legible building interfaces featuring generous areas of soft and hard landscaped, will provide a community spirit for the enjoyment of the residents and the wider community.
