The Gables Precinct D Sports Amenities

Team2 were engaged by Stockland to design the Community Building and Sports Amenities at the Gables Precinct D development at Box Hill.  Leveraging off the previously completed Precinct C Sports Amenities, we designed a pair of low slung structures using traditional materials including stone, brickwork and timber which will be low maintenance and weather over time.

The community centre features a central top-lit spine which provides a gallery space serving four community rooms and is destined to become the social hub of this part of the precinct.
