San Antonio Da Padova Nursing Home Refurbishment Upgrades

Team2 are thrilled to have been part of an incredible transformation for the residents at the S.Antonio da Padova Nursing Village, upgrading key facilities to enhance the overall environment. The project brief focused on creating a more welcoming and home-like atmosphere within the space, ensuring both functionality and comfort for the residents. 

The upgrades included improvements to bedrooms and ensuites, communal dining and living spaces, circulation corridors, and an outdoor courtyard. We introduced a soft, neutral palette with muted greens, timber accents, and pops of burnt orange, all carefully selected to create a warm, inviting ambiance. 

Long-span corridors were activated with timber archways and wall art bays, serving as visual landmarks to help higher-care residents navigate the facility with ease. Additionally, we addressed acoustic challenges in the dining area by installing feature acoustic ceilings and acoustic wall art, significantly reducing sound reverberation and enhancing the overall experience.

This thoughtful redesign ensures that the residents feel at home while supporting their functional needs in a beautiful space.
