Tuggerah Retail Development

Team2 were engaged to design a new retail centre for Aventus to complement their existing large format retail centre ‘HomeCo’ on the opposite side of Bryant Drive in Tuggerah.

The new retail centre covers a site in excess of 55,000m2 with 3 main retail buildings and 3 food pod sites accommodating over 11,000m2 of GFA with over 350 car parking spaces. 

Tenants here will offer more mixed use than the neighbouring HomeCo which has large format retail outlets.
