Manly Adolescent & Young Adult Hospice

Team2 were engaged for the design and delivery of The Manly Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice (AYAH). This is Australia’s first dedicated building for young people with life-limiting illness.

The facility offers respite care, symptom management, end-of-life care, and care coordination support for patients in the transition from children to adult services. Located on a portion of the former Manly Hospital site on the North Head headland, AYAH is designed to provide holistic, specialised care for patients and their families. The facility is surrounded by bushland, enhancing the natural and peaceful setting of the facility.
