The Macquarie Collection

Team2 is proud to be working with Landmark Group on the first stage of The Macquarie Collection masterplan.

 

Building on the master planning and concept designs by AJ+C, Team2 has led the pre-construction phase, driving design development, documentation, and delivery for both architectural and interior design services. Stage 1 features 299 premium apartments across two striking towers, ideally located near North Ryde and Macquarie Park Metro stations.

 

As both developer and builder, Landmark Group is collaborating closely with Team2 to establish cohesive design and construction standards for the entire development. This includes the integration of innovative solutions such as prefabricated bathroom pods to enhance efficiency and quality across all stages of delivery.
