Inspire, Blacktown

Team2 have been appointed by The Bathla Group for the design development, documentation and delivery of this unique residential tower in the heart of Blacktown. With a concept design by Conrad Gargett, the steel frame residential building has an exoskeletal expressed structural frame, giving the building a striking appearance. The tower rises 20 storeys containing 180 apartments and has commercial tenancies at ground and first floor with residential amenities including landscaped gardens and a gym. The 6-storey basement accommodates car parking, storage and service areas. Construction is due for completion in mid to late 2024.
