Cardinal Freeman Retirement Village Topping-out Milestone

Team2 was delighted to join Levande and Growthbuilt in celebrating the topping-out of Cardinal Freeman Retirement Village, a significant milestone marking completion of the concrete structure from basement to roof. 

The development will deliver 41 independent living apartments across five storeys, complemented by thoughtfully designed shared spaces including dining areas, kitchen servery, bathrooms, staff offices, and a library to support community living. The concept design was undertaken by AJC Architects.

It’s exciting to see the building take shape, and we look forward to continuing our work with the team as the project progresses toward completion.
