Team2 Architects have been appointed for the design development and construction stages of this mixed use commercial development in central Sydney.
The proposal is part of a larger adjacent heritage warehouse conversion, completed at the end of 2016. Although the site is only 20m wide it spans almost 70m between Harris Street and Pyrmont Street, as it drops some 12m. The proposals are for six levels of car parking for the warehouse tenants, with 200m2 of retail accommodation at the Harris Street façade and further 2,000m2 of commercial space over the top two floors.
Construction work has already commenced on site and completion is anticipated in late 2017.
